Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the domains we offer, focusing on US, UK, and Australian markets.
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in our services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the team, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Drive new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating contractual obligations into business operations.
- Monitor market trends, industry changes, and competitive activities to refine business strategies and enhance sales performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or IT services industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for lead tracking and sales reporting.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
